ACMARX, our sister brand, extrudes polycarbonate sheet in India. We buy PC resin for our own line before we sell a kilo of it to anyone else — and we have already learned, expensively, which producers hold colour and melt stability across lots and which do not.
We supply extrusion, injection and general-purpose grades: UV-stabilised resin for sheet and glazing, optical and lighting grades, and higher-flow injection grades for housings, automotive components and electricals.
Handling note. PC is hygroscopic. Resin not dried to specification will hydrolyse in the barrel and give you splay, bubbles and lost impact strength — and it looks like a supplier problem when it is a drying problem. We ship with handling guidance and will walk your line team through it on first supply.

Recycled-content targets do not have to mean compromising on performance. We stock reprocessed engineering materials that hold their own against virgin resin, alongside standard recycled commodity grades.

An honest word on reprocessed material. Lot-to-lot variability is real, and colour and odour drift with the input stream. Reprocessed polymer is the right answer when your application tolerates it and your recycled-content target requires it — and the wrong answer when you are chasing a few rupees on a critical part. We will tell you which one you are doing, and what a given lot is and is not cleared for.

Maleic anhydride is the reactive unsaturated anhydride that puts the "unsaturated" in unsaturated polyester resin. Condensed with glycols and a saturated diacid, it delivers the double bonds that later crosslink with styrene — which is why its quality directly governs gel time, reactivity and the mechanical performance of the finished resin.
Beyond UPR it is consumed in alkyd modification, maleic-modified rosin esters, copolymer dispersants and scale inhibitors, lubricant additives, superabsorbent polymers, agrochemical intermediates, and as feedstock in 1,4-butanediol, THF and GBL chains.
Buying note. Briquettes handle and dose more easily than flakes and generate less dust, but molten supply in insulated ISO tanks is materially more efficient once your consumption justifies a melt-holding facility. We quote both and let the tonnage decide.

NPG is a neopentyl-structured diol: the quaternary carbon leaves no hydrogen on the beta position, which is exactly why polyesters built on NPG resist hydrolysis, heat and UV far better than those built on conventional glycols. That single structural fact is why it dominates exterior-durable coating chemistry.
Principal end uses are saturated polyester resins for powder and coil coatings, high-solids and automotive refinish systems, gelcoats and marine resins, synthetic ester base stocks for lubricants, and specialty plasticisers.
Buying note. Flake NPG is the default for most Indian powder coating resin plants. Molten and 90% aqueous solution grades cut handling loss and dust exposure but need heated storage or dosing infrastructure — worth evaluating only above steady monthly offtake.

On lead times. Ocean transit plus clearance realistically puts most indent orders in the three-to-six week band depending on origin, sailing schedule and port congestion. Anyone promising materially faster on a fresh import is either selling existing stock or about to disappoint you. If we are quoting from stock, we say so.
